Delicious, melt-in-your-mouth goodness. The collagen is tender, the pickled vegetables cut through the richness well, and the vinegary marinade poured over the pork knuckle is pure bliss.
This is definitely one of the best braised pork knuckles I've ever had. The Chinese herbal broth has a subtle aroma, and the pork is tender. It's a shame they don't sell it on Sundays.
Braised pork knuckle, Chinese style, not sweet, delicious. I ate here during a time when pork prices had gone up. I feel sorry for the restaurant.
