Super local street food. Fresh & quality. Cheap. Crowded. Open around 5pm-9pm. Opposite the temple. Street parking.
Authentic fried oysters, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with duck egg. Not too oily, which is good because I went early, otherwise I'd have been waiting forever. I'll be back again!
The fried oysters and other seafood dishes have a great crispy batter; they're not greasy and truly crispy. The portion size is appropriate for the price. However, it's recommended to call ahead to check about the queue at the shop before you come. And importantly, bring "cash" with you!
