This legendary restaurant is delicious! The congee is incredibly smooth. I recommend adding crispy fried dough sticks.
The rice porridge has a unique aroma from the charcoal stove. The offal and minced pork are naturally fresh and sweet, and it doesn't leave you with a dry throat like some overly seasoned rice porridges.
It's a flavor you won't find in Japan. If you like congee, you should try it at least once.
