I'm a regular customer. The food is delicious, I highly recommend it. However, the restaurant doesn't have tables for dine-in.
If you're in the Pradipat area, you have to stop by and buy some black bean paste buns to take home. The black bean paste filling is amazing, ultra-smooth and melts in your mouth (22 baht each).
The dumplings and steamed buns are delicious and reasonably priced. It's an original, clean shop. I buy from them every time I pass by.
