Noodle soup (Food Cart)

Very authentic experience having a bowl of delicious by the road. I was impressed by the quality of meat in my beef noodle soup! I am missing it a lot while writing this review at home in Hong Kong 🥹

A great place for pho. The main shop is currently under renovation, so they’re operating from a small tent next door. Seating is limited to around five tables, but takeout is available.

This is the beef noodle soup I want to eat every morning. I also love the concept and the flavor of the seafood noodle soup with red sauce, but it would need some little tweaks in flavor depth and squid texture for me to be equally my favourite.
