It's always delicious, the most familiar taste of pork knuckle, even though it's expensive. I've been eating it since I was young until now.
Today was my first time trying this place, and it was delicious! Not too sweet, slightly salty, with a subtle hint of Chinese herbs. I haven't tried anything else yet, but I'll try it next time. It was great! I was the first customer when the shop opened.
