A hidden restaurant in an alleyway. This dish is delicious! It's called Look Krueng (Pad Thai + Oyster Omelette). Both sides are delicious. Pad Thai with Oyster Omelette, traditional recipe from Singburi.
Today I was craving fried oysters, and I found this place. It was delicious and satisfying. My sister had the pad Thai and said it was also delicious and very filling, even though she ordered the regular size. If you want to try really tasty fried oysters, you should give this place a try.
Usually, I only find oily pad Thai, but this one wasn't too oily and tasted good.
