I showed the restaurant photos from the Taiwanese reviewers, and the ingredients were slightly different. The pork offal in the mixed soup was very well prepared, not spicy or salty. Each table had four condiments, totaling NT$110, but the white rice was mushy.
As a Taiwanese, I must say that the owner's pig blood soup and pig offal soup are very well made. There is no fishy smell of offal at all. The ingredients are plentiful and substantial. It is worth coming in and trying if you are passing by!
The pork blood soup is delicious, clean, and affordable. You can park right in front of the shop.
