Chua Kim Lee - Din Daeng Goose

Easily one of the best braised goose and duck in Bangkok. The restaurant runs by multiple generations yet the taste is hardly changed. We always order for takeaway and hardly dine in the restaurant. What we love about their soy braised goods is the umami flavor and not too salty unlike other places.

The goose meat is slightly chewy, but can be compensated with their sour and tangy sauce. The main highlight is their roasted duck. Mind blown by the overwhelmingly fragrant skin oil. It's better than most roasted duck I've eaten in SG!

This meal was absolutely incredible. You must try the goose and duck. It is the ultimate in wonderful, umami, comfort food. The braised pork leg is also very good.
