This newly opened shop is located in the Charn project. It's spacious with ample seating, offers good service, and has a standard menu including pastries and cafe items. Free hot or cold green tea is provided.
I've eaten at many Ootoya branches, and the taste is consistently delicious. It's a shame that the Hamburg Dance was sold out this time, so I had to order this instead.
The staff were superb! Polite, attentive, and provided very complete information.
