This is one of my favorite boat noodle restaurants. I've been eating here since 1996. I love the rich, thick broth, the fragrant chili powder, and the tender, chewy meat. The highlight is the crispy pork cracklings; boat noodles *have* to have these kinds of cracklings.
The broth isn't sweetened with sugar. I like my noodles not sweet. I like this restaurant; it's the best in this area.
Still as delicious as ever. I've been eating here for 20 years. They moved the shop, but it's still just as delicious. The owner is very friendly.
