The shop looks closed from the outside, but invite me inside the glass-walled room. Another delicious branch.
I recommend the Yen Ta Fo (Thai noodle soup) at this restaurant. It's better than other Chiang branches.
Good service, good taste, but the storefront... If you're not standing in front of the shop, you won't know it's open. The kitchen is on the other side and not visible. If you park before reaching the shop, you'll think it's closed. I drove past before realizing, "Oh, it's open!"
