It's really open 24 hours. Other shops are closed late at night and early in the morning, but this one is always open, so I always buy from them. They have other food besides porridge too.
The congee is delicious, and the Vietnamese noodle soup is also good. There are many other menu options to choose from.
Everything on the menu looks delicious, freshly made and served hot, with a wide variety of toppings to choose from.
