This dish is incredibly delicious! I've tried it at many places, but this one is the best. It's Taiwanese-style food, just like eating in Taiwan.
Mian Tiao noodles are thick and soft. Ramen noodles are soft and chewy but thinner.
It's delicious and very accessible. I've been eating here since before the restaurant changed its name, and I feel the quality hasn't decreased at all.
