The abalone noodles with sauce were delicious. The shrimp in the dumplings and steamed shrimp dumplings were bouncy, not fishy, and not unpleasant at all. The snow buns had thin, tasty dough as always. The wagyu beef was tender. The drunken chicken was a bit dry. The jellyfish was bland.
Food is delicious. Deserve the Michelin awards. Limited vegetarian dishes but restaurant willing to accommodate requests. Service is good.
A luxurious Chinese restaurant in a hotel. The dim sum and other dishes were delicious; I was very impressed. The staff were polite and the service was excellent, worth the price. The atmosphere was also beautiful and elegant.
