Authentic Chinese food with classic, delicious flavors…famous dishes include stir-fried noodles with gravy, traditional sukiyaki, oyster omelet, Peking duck, and traditional dumplings.

Today I ate at a buffet-style sukiyaki place. It was delicious and suited my taste. The highlight was the abalone noodles in gravy; the broth was flavorful, the kale was crispy, the traditional dumplings were tasty, and the stir-fried ginkgo nuts with chili and salt were unbelievably delicious.
