The food and service weren't as bad as the reviews suggested. Overall, it was quite good.
The staff were nice and lovely. I don't know what other people have experienced, but my mother and I were very impressed with this restaurant. The food was as delicious as always, and the service was excellent.
The fried chicken is crispy and delicious. It has flavor, but the drip is up to individual preference. As for the cheese, I feel that the price is a bit high.
