When you think of Yen Ta Fo (Thai noodle soup), think of Ouan Chokchai 4. Great ingredients, complete selection.
Still delicious as always. The sauce is rich, sour and spicy, add as much as you like. I like crispy tofu, wonton wrappers, and fish skin.
So delicious! I'm not a huge fan of kway chap (Thai noodle soup), but I can eat this place's kway chap without adding any extra seasoning, finishing every last drop of the broth.
