Good service and good food. The bar is located on the 3rd floor of Yoka Yoka (Japanese restaurant in Ruamrudee Village).
On Wednesdays and Fridays, there's music from the band PHD. It's perfect for Baby Boomers and GenX, but you can request songs or even sing along!
The restaurant is located on the third floor. I've been there many times for private parties where they offer a buffet. The food is pretty good.
