It was a really enlightening and exciting experience, full of good surprises and amazing food. Tried the Shio ramen, which had amazing originality paired with lots of delicates notes; giving it an amazing berth in term of tastes and depth in term of aftertaste.
I finally made it! 😊 Please note that you can't eat there without a reservation. Every single dish was wonderfully delicious. And they explained each dish to us in detail. The restaurant and its logo are cool too. I'll definitely go again! Wow, I ate so much! 😋
I'll try to follow the menu every season. The chef is as lovely as ever. This restaurant always excites me every time I visit; the food is delicious and unique each time.
