The staff were very helpful, recommending products, sauces, side dishes, and promotions for the PT Red Card. The red card is excellent; it gives you a discount that's like getting five pieces a month! The filling and sauce are generous, I love it!
The air conditioning is consistently very cold (extremely cold!). Food is prepared quickly, orders are taken quickly. Good at solving problems on the spot. Good service from the staff.
This was my first time trying their food. The slightly plump female employee taking my order was very helpful and patiently guided me through the ordering process, letting me choose my side dishes, sauces, and bread. I'll definitely order from them again if I'm in the area.
