The food, especially the papaya salad with bamboo shoots and fermented fish sauce, was perfectly seasoned and delicious. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and not greasy. The fermented fish sauce was premium quality and incredibly tasty.
The papaya salad is delicious, the cook made it perfectly... and she didn't add sugar at all.
The food was delicious, beautifully presented, served quickly, and clean. I'll definitely go again.
