A small but warm restaurant, like your mother cooking for you. Fresh food, very tasty, very open experience. I like the rice topped with galangal, squid, and dried shrimp. Fresh ingredients from the boat by Chef May and Chef Ploy. #reservationonly
Best Thai seafood cuisine ever had. Every dish is made fresh with local and seasonal ingredients. Their menu will change every quarter, subject to the ingredients of the season. You need to book in advance given they have limited seats of about 5 tables so almost 20 customers they take each round.
Overall, everything was well-prepared, nicely plated on vintage-local style dishes, and the flavors balanced each other really well. A good mix of comforting and refreshing food!
