Delicious, flavorful, affordable (tens of baht), and a view worth hundreds of thousands.
This is my go-to restaurant. I've been eating here for many years, and the taste is consistently delicious. They give generous portions, and the food is tasty. The atmosphere is great. The only downside is that it's always crowded whenever I go.
The frog tom yum soup is delicious, and the stir-fried catfish/snakehead fish is also very tasty.
