The rice was incredibly fragrant and perfectly cooked, with each grain separate and not greasy. The chicken was juicy and delicious.
The Hainanese chicken rice and roast pork rice are delicious, especially the roast pork rice which uses traditional, authentic Chinese sausage – it's amazing!
The rice was perfect, the chicken was tender, and the dipping sauce was delicious, with a lovely fermented soybean flavor. 👍👍👍
