The shio soup is flavorful and contains no MSG. The spinach in the bowl is delicious.
The noodles are chewy and soft, the broth is flavorful, and the chashu pork melts in your mouth. It's delicious!
The ramen tastes just like the ramen at a nearby shop that uses a tick-tick-paper ordering system. It's so similar I wonder if it's the same chef. But this shop gives larger portions. Parking is a bit difficult. The staff provides good service. The grilled items are excellent.
