This is a very delicious dough and cheese dish. Even when eaten slowly, the cheese remains stretchy, showing its quality. It's not cloying at all, the dough is thin and soft, baked to perfection, soft, fragrant, and delicious to the last bite.
I got the california bowl to go. It was a good hearty bowl of food. I was very happy with it. The staff did a great job. Can get some tortillas and make some good tacos with this bowl.
The shop didn't close early. We're happy to take more orders. Thank you for filling my late-night meal! It was delicious.
