The atmosphere is great for enjoying drinks and delicious rice porridge. I recommend this place if you want to chill out.
The food is delicious, everything tastes great, and it's not expensive. There's music, the restaurant closes at 3 AM, and there's parking. If you're drunk, I'd say the food is great for keeping you entertained!
