The atmosphere was great, windy, the food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the service was good.
The price per person depends on what you order. If you order less expensive items, the average cost won't be too high. For the steamed fish with soy sauce, if it's reheated for too long, the flavor will become stronger; I recommend adding some plain broth so you can enjoy sipping it easily.
