It's good, relaxed atmosphere, decent taste, and affordable price. But I heard they're going to discontinue bank transfers. They'll only accept cash payments. Or they might start collecting VAT.
The food tastes delicious, and you can get free refills of rice. There's a variety of dishes on the menu, depending on the day. I recommend trying it.
