This is an old restaurant that has been open for decades. The duck meat is excellent, not tough at all, and the soup is rich, flavorful, and just right—not too salty. They used to have goose too, but now you have to order it in advance if you want it; they'll prepare a whole goose for you.
My initial intention was to eat braised goose, but the restaurant no longer sells it; only braised duck is available. The duck meat was tender, and the duck blood was excellent. Overall, the food was delicious… February 8, 2025
Number one in my heart for the braised duck and duck noodle category. The dry, wide noodles are incredibly delicious. It's incredibly fragrant. The soup is also delicious and fragrant. The duck is fragrant and doesn't smell bad. Braised duck soup with this flavor is very rare. It's truly delicious.
