Very tasty Guay chap, if served slightly lukewarm. This is rather common in Thailand unfortunately, and that’s the only reason I’ve docked a star. Otherwise, highly recommend.
We ordered kway chap without offal and without pork skin. The crispy pork was delicious, and the tofu was also tasty! It was served piping hot. The shop also seems to have iced coffee/chrysanthemum tea, which you can order to drink with the kway chap. The soup had a fragrant stewed pork flavor.
