The grilled chicken is incredibly delicious. I don't know how they marinate it, but the skin, especially, is amazing. Chewing it with sticky rice is pure bliss. The dipping sauce with roasted rice and chili powder is even better.
Grilled chicken, grilled liver, catfish larb, offal soup, papaya salad. Very delicious!
