The broth is rich and flavorful, delicious without needing any extra seasoning. I recommend the premium wagyu beef; the meat is so tender it melts in your mouth. It's fantastic paired with crispy pork cracklings.

The noodles were delicious, very flavorful. The steamed rice cakes were also very tasty, I enjoyed eating them so much.

Every time I'm in the area, I have to stop by. I just can't resist! The fried pork neck salad and the blanched pork with dipping sauce are incredibly delicious!
