The Tom Yum noodle soup was delicious! No need to add any extra seasoning. The liver was very tender, and the pork was also tasty. I'll try other dishes next time I'm in the area.
Chicken rice with liver as the star ingredient. The liver is soft and fragrant, almost like foie gras. The boiled chicken is tender and juicy, not tough. However, the fried chicken might have some areas with a thick and hard batter. The boiled chicken and liver are excellent.
The dumplings are plump and filling, the tom yum noodle soup is very fragrant with lime, and the price is affordable.
