The flavor is delicious, the soup is good, and the pork meatballs are also tasty.
The clear broth is flavorful and slightly salty. The grilled meatballs can be a mix of pure beef and beef tendon, or a mix of pure pork and pork tendon.
I really like pho, and after having a few drinks yesterday, I just randomly picked a place nearby and went there, but it was so delicious! I had the beef slices with bean sprouts. I like spicy food, and adding chili peppers made it nice and spicy.
