The food has a unique, Chinese-style flavor that suits Thai palates. The beef and pork are of very good quality, fresh and clean. The staff provides excellent service, and the chilled coconut water is incredibly refreshing.
The flavor is pleasantly sour and fragrant. At first, I thought it would be sour from lemon, but after tasting it, the sourness comes from a fermentation of ingredients, possibly including tomatoes. Delicious and refreshing! I like how the fish is sliced; it's easy to eat and has a good texture. ☺️
This was my first time trying Guizhou sour soup, and it was delicious! The ingredients looked fresh and clean, and the dipping sauce, which the restaurant made for me, was amazing. The staff were attentive.
